Our very first project that located in Tangerang City. As the name imply, we are inspired to combine the small river to become a part of our environement. To give another perspective, the river is shallow so you could see the rock inside of it. Since this is our first step so we decided to collaborate with another group to make sure things are perfect.
Introducing Teras Ubud Residence, our first project that located at Bekasi. Inspired from Bali rich culture and value, and combined with a modern design and also a stone element facade as a natural finesse. The residential also facilitated by a club house and also a swimming pool. The idea is to create a refreshing experience inside the residential.
Another townhouse that located in the center of Bekasi City, that inspired by a modern and urban architecture design. It has at least 3 toll gate that has a direct access to Jakarta. A compact townhouse that has 2 type of unit. Located not too far away from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport and adjacent to Jakarta.
A residential that initiated from the needs of that convenience and comfort during the pandemic break. Presenting our masterpiece’s product for the millenials. We choose a modern concept with an iconic design, to fulfill our resident needs. There are a few features to facilitate the resident needs, including co working, rooftop garden, tropical garden, and not to mention we also has a musholla facility.
Our next project from Samata Land, also a townhouse concept but with a smaller scale. Familia’s objective is to provide convenience within a residence. Located in the middle of the city of Bekasi with a very close proximate to toll gates and easy access to Jakarta.
